At House of Silks, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked to ensure it meets our highest standards. We request our customers to review the following policy before making a purchase.
No Return & No Refund Policy
As a policy, we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders once placed.
We do not accept requests based on:

Dislike of color, fabric, texture, or design
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before confirming their purchase.
Exchange Policy (Defective Items Only)
We offer exchange only in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product.
To process an exchange request, it is mandatory to provide:

A clear 360-degree uncut video of the parcel

The video must capture the complete unboxing process from start to finish

The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the same video
Please Note:
Requests without proper uncut video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange Conditions

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

Only a replacement of the same product will be issued

No refunds will be provided in any case
